How to get to Faro?

By plane

The Aeroporto de Faro, in Portugal, is the third largest gateway in the country, behind only the cities of Lisbon and Porto. Flights to both cities last around 30-60 minutes from the capital of the Algarve. Making daily routes to the main European cities as well. The airport is approximately 7 kilometers from the city center and there are several options for getting around from there, including buses, taxis, transfers and rented cars.

By train

The journey time between Faro and Porto by train is approximately 5h 46m and covers an approximate distance of 627 km.
